If you have something you’d like to discuss with us in person, or if you need to bring any supporting documents for an application form, you will need to make an appointment in advance to attend one of our three customer services.
You can still drop in for simple straight forward enquiries, like picking up a food bin or blue bags etc.
Before booking your appointment we recommend that you create an account. It will only take a few minutes and should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you will be able to manage your appointments quickly and easily online at a time that suits you.
