You are legally obliged to register your baby's birth within 6 weeks.   

• If your baby was born more than 6 weeks ago you will not be able to make an appointment online. Please telephone 01267 228210 to make arrangements.  
• If your baby was born within the last 6 weeks, please proceed to book online.

Once you have booked your appointment please read your confirmation email very carefully as it explains the documents and information required to register.

If you wish to re-register your child/ren (after marriage or to add father) please telephone for advice.
